Service offered: Benefit application form completion for adults with physical or sensory disabilities, mental health problems or learning difficulties. Blue badge form completion. Advice on rights, access, community care, discrimination, jobs, holidays, travel, housing, adaptations, mobility and transport, specialised equipment, sports and leisure. Shopmobility services in Chester, Ellesmere Port and Northwich. (Different opening hours).

Access notes: Parking for disabled drivers. Ramped entrance. Lift. Information in large print. Home visits will be considered in exceptional circumstances for people unable to attend the office. Dial House is currently closed to the public due to Covid restrictions. The advice line is still operating between the hours as indicated above. Home visits are not currently possible due to Covid restrictions. Advice and information, and help with benefit application forms, is still available over the phone.
