Service offered: Telephone helpline providing information and advice on a wide range of disability issues for disabled people and their supporters in Edinburgh. Subjects covered include travel, transport, aids and equipment, housing, access, welfare benefits, sources of funding, leisure, holidays, employment, health, education and training, personal care. Appointments can be arranged to help fill in Personal Independence Payment (PIP) and Attendance Allowance forms for those living in Edinburgh at our offices in Norton Park, 57 Albion Road, Edinburgh, EH7 5QY.

Target group: Disabled people, their families, friends and carers, organisations working with them.
