Service offered: Free helpline for working and former merchant seafarers, fishermen, Naval Service personnel and their families. Advice on a wide range of issues including welfare benefits, housing, employment, consumer problems, legal matters, relationship and family, debt. SAIL is part of Citizens Advice.
