Service offered: Support Workers offer: Information, Advice and Guidance, Therapeutic timetable of activities, Rough Sleeper provision - including showers/laundry facilities and clothing, GP Access, Subsidised hot food and drinks, Training and Skills, Life Skills – including cooking, budgeting, communication skills and home management, One to One Bespoke Support, IT Support, Mindfulness art groups, Functional Skills – Literacy, Numeracy and Essential Digital Skills (Entry Level), Universal Credit support, Benefit advice, accommodation support and housing advice, Chaplaincy Support
Target group: People aged 18+, who are : Homeless, Rough Sleeping, Insecurely Housed, Drug users and/or Alcohol users
