Service offered: Support centre for homeless and vulnerable people. General advice and support, referrals to specialist agencies. Referrals to emergency and longer term housing. Housing advice, including pre-tenancy, resettlement and tenancy sustainment support. Help with jobsearch. Sessions with nurse, chiropodist and mental health outreach team. Showers, laundry, clothing store, meals. IT suite, access to phones.
