General information

Service offered: Advice services offering help with welfare benefits, housing and debt issues. Training services including Mental Health Awareness, wellbeing, stress and mood management skills, Wellbeing at Work, Assertiveness and Confidence, Presentation Skills, Interview Skills. Food projects including a community café offering volunteering opportunities. Young persons’ project (15-25yo) offering a community café, counselling, advice service, training, mentoring, befriending and volunteering opportunities. Assertive outreach service for people with severe and enduring mental health problems, assisting them to remain in the community.

Target group: People living in Manchester borough, aged 15 or over, who are experiencing and/or have experienced mental health problems.
