Service offered: To joint work with the customer to prevent homelessness from occurring and where it has not been possible to prevent homelessness, work together in order to resolve their homelessness issue by identifying suitable housing solutions, .e.g accessing private rented accommodation, provision of a non-cash deposit, affordable housing schemes
