Service offered: Service provided at local offices. Assessment of priority need under Housing Act 1996. Temporary accommodation for those assessed in priority need - with children, pregnant, vulnerable due to age (60+), disability or at risk from violence. Housing advice, information to private/council tenants/homeless people on completing forms, money/debt, welfare rights. Out of hours 0845 0544847.

Target group: General public, including people who are or may be priority homeless.

Area served: Powys County Council - Llandrindod Wells, Brecon, Newtown, Ystradgynlais, Machynlleth, Welshpool.
