Service offered: After 23 years of providing support to residents of Adur as an independent social enterprise, Adur Furniture Network is merging with WCHP. The new organisation will be even better placed to provide goods for local families in crisis and to offer good quality second-hand furniture and goods from its refurbished store at 1a New Road in Shoreham. WCHP Shoreham will help run part of the West Sussex wide Local Assistance Network and will work closely within our local community of the Adur District to provide furniture, white goods, and many other support services for those who find themselves in desperate Crisis. Donations of household goods, furniture and electrical items that are in good, usable condition are always welcome and anyone looking to donate items that they no longer need can either pop them along to the store or give our donation centre a call on 01903 680740 Ext 218 to arrange a FREE collection! WCHP Shoreham aim to deliver projects that provide practical support to those who are in need in the local area. We are committed to helping those who are unable for whatever reason to help themselves. We do not make any judgement on why someone is in the situation they are but aim first to meet their practical needs and then working with partner organisations to help them wider issues such as debt advice, pregnancy counselling or addiction. We are able to provide a wide selection of furniture, white goods and other household items. As part of the West Sussex local assistance network we are also able to provide fuel card top-ups, food and in certain circumstances travel vouchers. We are happy to help anyone who is in crisis, whether they make contact directly or are referred to us by another organisation.
