General information
Service offered: Local Authority statutory homelessness service incorporating prevention, relief and housing options service. Homelessness assessments offered to household who are homeless or threatened with homelessness, in line with homelessness legislation. Provision of temporary accommodation to households owed a statutory duty by the local authority. Assistance to relieve homelessness by helping to secure alternative settled accommodation. Out of hours emergencies phone 01257 515142.
Target group: General public who are homeless, at risk of homelessness within 56 days or in receipt of a valid section 21 notice
