General information

Service offered: Provision of housing advice, housing options and statutory homelessness function, including assessment of entitlement to housing for people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. Temporary accommodation may be available. Housing advice includes information on housing options, bond schemes and access to women's refuges. Out of hours emergencies - 01282 661999.

Target group: All people over the age of 16 who are in housing need.

Area served: Pendle Borough Council area - Nelson, Colne and surrounding areas.
