General information
Service offered: Provision of housing advice, housing options and statutory homelessness function, including assessment of entitlement to housing for people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. Temporary accommodation may be available subject to eligibility. Housing advice includes information on housing options, bond schemes and help to access to women's refuges where required. Out of hours emergencies - 01282 661999.
Target group: All people over the age of 16 who are in housing need.
