Service offered: Information,advice,rehabilitation/gym therapy,day support services, carers support and Outreach Service, for people with acquired, traumatic, or stroke related brain injury. Also offers telephone advice and access to legal advice from Jefferies solicitors, and Headway UK.
Target group: People between 18+ with head injury and their carers and families.
Area served: North Staffs, including Stoke on Trent, Newcastle under Lyme and Staffordshire Moorlands.
