Service offered: Legal advice for clients who are eligible for full public funding and are experiencing the issues including: Illegal eviction by a landlord, An antisocial behaviour injunction, Not able to make a homeless application, Disrepair where there is a serious risk of harm to health and safety, A possession hearing or an eviction (other than mortgage possession).
Target group: Clients who are eligible for full public funding and are experiencing the issues outlined above.
