General information
Service offered: Practical help and support for older and vulnerable home owners and private tenants on general home maintenance, repairs and adaptations. Aims to enable people to stay in their own homes rather than being forced to move because of repair worries. Technical help and advice, help finding reliable contractors and advice on sources of funding for work required. We also have a caseworker service to help support people with benefit applications, form-filling (including online only services e.g. blue badge applications), information and advice about other suitable services and support with aids and adaptations. (Requires health / social care referral. Your GP will be able to help you).
