General information

Service offered: Free confidential information, advice and counselling service for people whether they wish to stop drinking completely or to cut down their drinking. Individual counselling, telephone counselling, family support, and access to other agencies. Specialist services for older people concerned about their drinking and for people worried about someone else’s drinking.

Target group: People aged 16 years plus concerned about their own or someone else's drinking.

Area served: East and South Ayrshire.

How to contact: Email or phone (01292 281 238) for an appointment. Open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Later evening appointments available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Tuesday: 9am – 5pm Later appointments available by arrangement in Ayr

Wednesday: 9am – 5pm Later appointments available by arrangement in Kilmarnock

Thursday: 9am - 5pm

Friday: 9am - 4pm
