General information

Service offered: Range of services for Chinese speaking (Mandarin and Cantonese) community from East and Southeast Asian community. An advice surgery, which provides direct help or referrals to specialist agencies on a wide range of issues, such as Benefits, Housing, Health and Social Services, Education, Employment, Domestic Violence, Anti-Social Behaviour and Asylum Seekers. Care Support Service for Chinese people with disabilities or long term health conditions, elders and carers in Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Bath and North East Somerset. Additionally, we also run a Freephone helpline called the Chinese Lantern Project. This helpline covers many different subjects and is available to all members of the Chinese community in the South West region. The phone line is open from 10am-4pm, Mon-Fri.

Target group: Chinese speaking (Mandarin and Cantonese) East and Southeast Asian community in southwest England. Chinese elders and their carers. Disabled people. University students. Existing Chinese community and new migrants.
