Service offered: The Fed supports 1 in 7 Jewish homes and over 6,500 people every year across Greater Manchester, and 150 residents and tenants at Heathlands Village. Our 350 social workers, support workers, case workers, nurses, social care workers, coordinators, and behind-the-scenes staff, together with over 500 volunteers, provide care, advice and support through a range of projects and departments: Bagels & Banter Group l Bliss Bathing Service l Carers’ Support l Chatty Cafe l Community Advice and Support Team (CAST) l Dementia Care l End-of-life Care l Mental Wellbeing Group l Moorview Supported Independent Living Community l Mums ‘n’ Tots Sessions l My Voice - The Legacy Project l Nursing Care l Pilates for Women l Project Smile Play & Learn Service l Residential Care l Volunteer Support Services l Walk ‘n’ Talk. Together these make up one fantastic charity which is not replicated anywhere else in the UK.
