Service offered: Legal advice, assistance and representation. One-off advice on Employment, Family, Civil Litigation through the pro bono clinic. Potential to take on clients in Housing (mostly through the County Court Duty Scheme), Welfare Benefits (PIP, first-tier tribunal) Immigration (legal aid, we only take referrals from other agencies), Employment and Discrimination.
Target group: People who are low waged, unwaged or experiencing discrimination/harassment.
Area served: Bristol and the South West, different geographical limitations for different areas of law – please quote residential postcode on enquiry.
