Service offered: Information and advice for Deaf and hard of hearing people. Replacement of batteries for NHS hearing aids. British Sign Language courses and access to lip reading services. Deaf awareness training. Installation of loop systems. Speech to text operators. Access to BSL interpreters and communication support.
Target group: Deaf and hard of hearing people, their families and friends.
