General information
Service offered: Advice, information and support for blind and visually impaired people, their relatives and carers. Information Centre open in Colchester Monday to Friday 10 am to 4 pm. Other resource centres in Frinton, Chelmsford, Clacton, Braintree, Brentwood and others (call for details) . Also run a residential home in Frinton for elderly visually impaired people. Respite and short breaks can be arranged. Home visiting service. Telephone support – 01206 548196.
