General information
Service offered: To support individuals living with mental illness and provide respite support for their carers. Person centered support to promote social engagement in the community and assistance with life skills. Clients enjoy target focused, leisurely or therapeutic visits with support workers. We also support with attending health appointments such as doctors, dentist, optician appointments etc. Our support helps to build self-esteem and confidence in our clients and they are less isolated within their community.
Target group: Adults with a mental health diagnosis aged over 18 and their carers.
