Service offered: Assessment of entitlement to housing for people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. General housing advice and information for private and council tenants and homeless people.
Target group: General public, including people who are or may be homeless with an emphasis on prevention.

Weekends: Closed (but for out of hour emergencies)
Office Hours: The office opening hours are as follows: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 10am to 4pm; and Wednesday 1pm to 4pm.
