Service offered: The homeless team will make inquiries to establish if the customer / household are either homeless or at risk of homelessness. The offer of an homeless assessment will be made to the customer /household if there is reason to believe there is a risk of homelessness or the family / household are already homeless. All suitable and affordable housing options will be discussed. Engagement with the homeless officer until long term housing is secured.
