Service offered: Information and advice for disabled people, their families and carers. Information on benefits, disabled access, leisure, holidays, mobility, aids, adaptations and other equipment. Counselling. Advocacy. Connect Plus project provides disabled adults with a companion for leisure activities. Access audits, disability awareness training. Quarterly magazine and guide to services in Stockport.
