General information

Service offered: Advice and assistance on a range of housing problems, including landlord/tenant disputes, housing options, housing benefit and homelessness. Specialist debt advice team available to advise on all financial issues.

Target group: People who are homeless/threatened with homelessness, anyone with private sector housing problems.

Monday: 10am - 12 noon, 1pm - 4pm

Tuesday: 10am - 12 noon, 1pm - 4pm

Wednesday: 1pm - 4pm

Friday: 10am - 12 noon, 1pm - 4pm

Weekends: If it is after 5.30pm (or any time at a weekend) and you have nowhere to sleep tonight please call the out of hours service for advice on 0191 278 7878
