General information
Service offered: Care and Respite Support Services provides a range of services to people living with disabilities or illnesses both within their local community and within their homes. We provide outreach services to children and young people with a wide range of needs enabling them to access community based services as well as providing support in the home. We provide a domiciliary care service supporting older people to ‘stay at home’ helping with a wide range of services, including personal care, shopping, enablement, etc. Our older people services support people with palliative care needs as well as end of life care, supporting individuals to have a high quality dignified end of life. Our re enablement service gives people the confidence and support to relearn/develop skills after they have been in a hospital setting.
Target group: People living with disabilities, illnesses, ongoing health issues.
Area served: Knowsley - Huyton, Kirkby, Prescot, Halewood and surrounding areas.
