Service offered: Advice, assistance and support services for current and former employees and families of the coal mining industry. Advice on issues including welfare benefits, disability, education and training, accommodation, housing, homelessness, money and debt, transport and mobility, bereavement and end of life support. Access to financial support and grant assistance where eligible.

Target group: Former coal miners employed in the coal industry in Great Britain and their dependent families.
