Service offered: Advice and assistance for people aged 60+ and people over 18 with a long term health condition that affects mobility in the home/ or registered disabled or other vulnerable people to enable them to remain in their own homes. Advice on repairs, maintenance, improvements, adaptations and grants to finance the work, and will oversee the work to completion. Handyperson, small repairs, mobility adaptations, building project management, home from hospital service, security enhancement, etc
