General information
Service offered: Advice, information and support to promote independence and enable older people, disabled people and people on low incomes to live independently in a safe, warm and secure home. The range of services include advice on disabled adaptations, large scale projects in the home such as extensions, the fitting of bathrooms and kitchens and conversions, minor adaptations to prevent falls, hazard repairs and measures, energy efficiency measures through the Energy Efficiency and Heating scheme, hospital discharge, Dementia Service for people living with dementia and daily living aids
Target group: Older people, disabled people and people on low incomes. All tenures.
