General information

Service offered: Advice , information and support to promote independence and enable older people, disabled people and people on low incomes to live independently in a safe, warm and secure home. The range of services include advice on housing and care options, disabled adaptations, minor adaptations to prevent falls, handyperson and home repairs, security advice and measures, energy efficiency measures through the Warm Homes service, hospital discharge, Memories Reminiscence Library for people living with dementia, daily living aids, and Leeds Directory of services to support independence.

Target group: Older people, disabled people and people on low incomes who are owner-occupiers or living in private rented accommodation

Area served: Leeds City Council.

Monday: 9am-12pm, 1pm-4pm

Tuesday: 10.30am-12pm, 1pm-4pm

Wednesday: 9am-12pm, 1pm-4pm

Friday: 9am-12pm, 1pm-4pm

Weekends: Closed

Office Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 4.30pm
