Service offered: Housing Needs - General housing advice and information for people who are or who may be in housing need. Assessment of entitlement to housing for people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. Provision of housing for people considered in priority need. Out of hours emergencies phone 0330 678 2382. Private Sector Housing - Service provision addressing housing standards and enforcement within the privately rented and privately owned property sector. Advice and support to assist people remaining in their own homes through accessibility and energy efficiency grants.
