Service offered: Temporary accommodation for those assessed as in priority need - those with children or pregnant, vulnerable because of age (60+), disability or at risk from violence and for some rough sleepers (dependent on circumstances). General housing advice and information for private and council tenants, private landlords, owner occupiers and non priority homeless people.
Target group: People who are or may be priority homeless, and the general public.
Area served: Torridge District Council - Bideford, Holsworthy, Northam, Torrington and surrounding areas.
