Availability

Monday: Hearing Aid Maintenance (by appointment only)

Tuesday: Drop in Hearing Aid Maintenance Clinic 10am-12pm

Wednesday: Hearing Aid Maintenance (by appointment only) BSL Practice Group 11:30am - 1pm (fortnightly)

Thursday: Drop in Hearing Aid Maintenance Clinic and Assistive Listening Devices Clinic 10am-1pm

Friday: Hearing Aid User Support Group 10am - 11:30am (fortnightly)

Weekends: Closed

Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm - Office hours Monday - Friday NHS hearing tests and hearing aid fittings (direct referral)* / Office hours Monday - Friday NHS hearing tests and hearing aid fittings (direct referral)*. * some hearing aid dispensers are not currently working with the NDA. Please phone to discuss. Monthly Tinnitus Support Group / Monthly Hush Club (Hard of Hearing Club)

Access notes: 1 disabled parking space at front door, and a further 6 spaces very close to the building. Extra parking is available at the back of the office. There is ramp access to the front door. The NDA office and the toilets (including disabled access toilet) are all on the ground floor. The reception area is looped, as is the clinic/training room. Some staff are trained in BSL. Annual Public Meetings at the NDA are supported by speech-to-text provision and (if requested) by BSL interpreters.
