Temporary accommodation may be available while enquiries are made about eligibility. General housing advice and information for private and council tenants and homeless people. Out of hours emergencies 0300 1232327 (social services).

How to contact: Phone or write for advice or to make an appointment for the Morning duty that runs from 9;30 am to 11:30am Monday to Friday. Drop-in service from 1:30pm Monday to Friday for individuals who are roofless that night
