Service offered: Benefits advice and practical help for older residents of South Seacroft. Assists older people in remaining independent. Activities include : Lunch clubs, Social outings, exercise classes, singing group, dementia cafe, craft group, hearing aid technician, technology support. One to one support including telephone befriending.
