General information
Service offered: Housing advice and options service for people in housing need. Advice and help to prevent homelessness by enabling people to stay in their home or advice on options if this is not possible. Access to emergency accommodation for those in priority need. Out of hours emergencies phone 01454 615165. Maintains the Council's housing register and administers HomeChoice choice based lettings service.
Target group: People who are homeless or threatened with homelessness.
