Service offered: Housing advice & support for refugees, offenders, people using mental health services & drugs services & those at risk of sleeping rough in Plymouth. Support for rough sleepers. Private Renting Support access including deposit guarantees to enable homeless people to access private rented accommodation. Landlords are issued with a 12 month guarantee for a deposit for rent arrears, damage or rent in lieu of notice
