Service offered: One-to-one, group and outreach support at the community hubs in Norwich, Great Yarmouth and King's Lynn. Support and advice regarding daily living equipment. Teaching of Braille. Befriending services. Accessible social, wellbeing and creative activities for adults. Activities for children, young people and families. Eye clinic liaison officers. Supported housing in Norwich.
