Service offered: Assessment of priority need under Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 1988. Can provide temporary accommodation for those assessed as in priority need - with children or pregnant, vulnerable because of age (60+), disability or at risk from violence. Housing advice and information for private and council tenants, and homeless people. Emergencies 03448 920901(repairs), 03448 920 908 (homelessness).
Target group: People who are or may be priority homeless, and the general public.
