General information

Service offered: Advice, individual therapeutic support (one-to-one support and counselling & therapy, CBT), women’s group, youth leadership and participation opportunities and a creative programme. Advice on mental health, bullying, gender identity, sexuality, abuse or neglect. We have specific projects for black young men and women, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans or questioning (LGBTQ) young people, those who struggle with forming and maintaining relationships and who may have been given a personality disorder diagnosis and young women. Projects, group work and individual therapeutic support is available at our Manchester base in in community venues

Target group: Young people aged 13 – 25 years, who are under stress or experiencing mental health difficulties.

Area served: Manchester, Salford, Trafford, Tameside & Glossop.
