Service offered: Multi-purpose centre for anyone who is socially isolated. Advice, information, practical and personal support. Day care, lunch club, social/craft activities. Counselling, support for carers, help with form filling, letter and will writing. Careers advice and IT training. Health care services including physiotherapy, chiropody and cancer nurses. Minibus pick up for people who are housebound.
Target group: General public, particularly socially isolated, elderly, sick and disabled people and carers.
Area served: Rural areas south of Wrexham.
