Service offered: Daycare, 10 bed inpatient care unit & outpatient lymphoedema clinic for people with life limiting illnesses. Satellite day centre at East Cleveland Hospital, Brotton for 12 guests. Regular outpatient clinics. Home and hospital visits. Information on specialist palliative care for patients, families and carers. Counselling and bereavement services for adults and children (see separate entry).
Target group: Local people suffering from life limiting illnesses.
