Service offered: Adapt NE is a community-based organisation providing services to people in North East England. Adapt aims to improve the quality of life of disabled people and people who are disadvantaged by being unable to access services because they live in a rural location. To access Adapt’s services, you need to become a member. Services offered by Adapt NE: Community Transport, Getabout Scheme, Wheelchair Loan, Community Café (Café @ Burn Lane), Hexham Enterprise Hub: units occupied by a range of charities and businesses, Healthwatch Northumberland, Social Prescribing, Advocacy, Learning Disability Network. Become a member of Adapt (NE) to access services: £7 Individual, £17 Community Group, £37 Funded Voluntary Group, £47 Statutory Body or Private Company
