Service offered: Housing Advice Service – Housing Advice Officers allocated to provide case work on housing options with clients. Referral to Case Officers in situations where people are homeless or threatened with homelessness – homeless assessments to determine if client is Statutory Homeless and temporary accommodation may be available while enquiries are made about eligibility in terms of homelessness.
Target group: General public, including people who are or may be homeless or threatened with homelessness.
