General information
Service offered: Person-centred advice on locally available housing options across all tenures and prevention of homelessness. Assessment of entitlement to housing for people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. Housing provided for people considered unintentionally homeless. Temporary accommodation may be available while enquiries are made about eligibility. Out of hours emergencies phone 0800 052 0180.
Target group: General public, including people who are or may at risk of becoming homeless.
