General information
Service offered: Our aim is to support better mental health and wellbeing to people across Conwy County. To do this we provide a range of services across our Hubs. Community Hub – Mobile/virtual Hub; Mums Matter; Living Life to the Full; My Generation; information and signposting; one to one support. Talking Therapies Hub – Counselling via Parabl or our own Conwy Counselling; Active Monitoring; Online CBT; therapeutic groups. Young People Hub – Counselling; Active Monitoring for Young People; Therapeutic groups; Awareness raising; Young people champions.
Target group: People experiencing emotional distress or mental ill health.
