General information

Service offered: If you are homeless or facing the threat of homelessness within the next two months, you must contact Homelessness Services and ask to speak to the duty officer. We have a responsibility to provide you with housing information, advice and assistance in accordance with the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001.Can provide temporary accommodation for those assessed as homeless. Also offers general housing advice and information to private and council tenants and homeless people. Out of hours emergencies phone 01896 752111.

Target group: General public, including people who are or may become homeless.

Area served: Scottish Borders - Hawick, Galashiels, Jedburgh, Kelso, Selkirk, Peebles and surrounding areas.
