General information

Service offered: Advice and information for people aged over 18 with housing problems. Advice on homelessness, finding accommodation, housing rights and benefits. Tenancy support. Advice on obtaining rent in advance, rent accounts with private landlords, bond scheme.

Target group: People aged 18+ with housing problems.

How to contact: CURRENTLY TELEPHONE (Mon-Fri 9.30am - 2.30pm) AND EMAIL CONTACT ONLY DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS. Contact the office for a housing appointment (01743 231415) or via the website. Alternatively we offer a housing Drop-In every Thursday 0930-1330. Support Drop-In Mondays and Thursday 0930-1430 – No Appointment needed.
