General information
Service offered: Support services for people with learning difficulties, mental health problems, brain injuries, older people, drug and alcohol users, ex-offenders and care leavers. Provide long and short term placements, home sharing, home based and holiday respite support, social and leisure packages. Also provide a home day service for older people who choose not to attend a day centre.
Target group: People with learning difficulties, mental ill health, older people, drug/alcohol users.
