Service offered: Advice and information for the general public on a range of issues. Specialist help in welfare benefits and debt under legal aid.

How to contact: Simply drop in to see an adviser. No appointment needed. Our adviser will find out how we can help and either help you with advice or information there and then or book you an appointment for more in-depth advice. Sometimes we may have to refer you to other services but we will always do our best to help you. Our telephone advice service (0207 042 0333) is open Tuesdays and Thursdays 10 – 4pm. We also have an outreach at Tooting Library, 75 Mitcham Road, SW17 9PD, offering appointments on Monday and Thursdays at 10 – 12pm, appointments must be booked with the library on 0208 767 0543
