Service offered: Information, advice and support for families and friends visiting prisoners in Durham, Low Newton, Deerbolt, Holme House, Kirklevington Grange, Frankland & Northumberland prisons. Telephone advice and support. Provide refreshments, play areas and special children's visits. Caravan holidays for offenders' families. Small grants to support families and prisoners and for training and rehabilitation.

Target group: Families and friends visiting prisoners in North East England.
