Service offered: Information, advice and support for families and friends of defendants attending north east courts and those with loved ones in Durham, Low Newton, Deerbolt, Holme House, Kirklevington Grange, Frankland & Northumberland prisons. Telephone advice and support in the north east of England for people impacted by the criminal justice system. Provide refreshments, play areas and special family visits for prisoners and their families/friends. Caravan holidays for families of prisoners in the north east. Grants to support families, exprisoners and those serving a community sentence. Family support for prisoners and their families or friends during a prison sentence, prior to release and through the gate. Support for children and young people living in care or impacted by imprisonment in the north east.
